Our story began with the idea of creating an alternative to traditional hotels, offering modern solutions for comfortable accommodation.

Check-in at your convenience gives you no waiting or rushing. The apartments are equipped with modern electronic locks: your personal code is valid only for the duration of your confirmed reservation. We send each guest step-by-step check-in instructions, including house rules and additional information about the area for a comfortable stay.
Our House Rules can be found on booking websites, in the black "House Book" folder in your apartment, and in the step-by-step check-in guide with an additional information about the area that will be sent to you after confirmed booking.
