You can connect your laptop to wired internet. The internet cable is located in the bottom drawer to the left of the oven. The internet socket is located just below the dining table.

Two copies of the agreement are on the bar counter.
Please sign both and send us a photo of both sides within 15 minutes of your arrival.
Leave one signed copy in the apartment.

Cutlery is located in the inner drawer to the left of the oven.
A pan, pots, coffee maker, grater, etc. can be found in the pull-out drawers to the right of the oven.
The upper-level drawer with tableware to the right of the cooktop opens and closes with a gentle push.

Complimentary slippers, an umbrella, disposable masks, and hand sanitizer are located in the hallway closet.

The apartment has a separate, spacious dressing room with shelves and amenities, including clothes hangers, an iron, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, a mop, a dustpan, a safe, and a blanket.
A vacuum cleaner, as well as additional or replacement blankets and pillows, are available upon request.

Some drawers in the apartment are reserved for staff use (in the bathroom and on the left side of the kitchen).

The upper-level kitchen drawer opens automatically when you gently push the stickers, and closes when you press the buttons on the sides of the drawer.

Adjustable blackout curtains are installed on the windows in the bedroom and the living room.

We provide filtered water for cooking — the left tap in the kitchen. The water is tested for compliance with standards every six months.

For your comfort, the apartments are equipped with a starter kit:

• consumables (detergents, toiletries, etc.);
• pantry items (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc.).

If you have used up the starter kit, you can purchase the necessary items at the store located on the first floor of our building.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in our apartment, in the building, and in public areas (including private and public balconies). This applies to all tobacco products, electronic devices, and other devices.

Smoking is allowed outside near benches and trash cans.

During winter:
The apartments are usually very warm, but for your convenience, the radiators are equipped with thermostats. Set the temperature to your comfort level.
There is an extra blanket in the dressing room to keep you warm.
During summer:
If it is hot, you can use the air conditioning. The remote controls are attached to the walls (during the summer season): in the living room, to the left of the bar counter, and in the bedroom, to the right of the bed.

You will find a bucket with a trash bag and spare bags under the kitchen sink. A small bucket for used hygiene products is located under the bathroom sink.

In our building, household waste is disposed of in the container located near the neighboring building.
Exit the entrance and turn right, walk approximately 30 meters to the stairs, go up to the neighboring building and walk around it from either side.

There is a hair dryer in the bathroom in the drawer to the right under the countertop.

There are laundry supplies in the bathroom drawer to the right under the countertop.

If you are staying for more than 8 nights, we are happy to provide a change of bed linen and towels.
Please let us know a convenient time to receive a fresh set, or a time when you would be happy to let us come in and change the linen.
Please remove all valuables during the linen change. We are not responsible for their safety.
We do not provide cleaning service. However, cleaning supplies are available in the apartment, including a dustpan, mop, and vacuum cleaner (upon request). In the bathroom, in the drawer under the countertop on the right, you will find a bucket and cleaning supplies for floor care. Please use them if necessary.

The hallway and the bedroom are equipped with two-way light switches, allowing you to turn the lights on in one area and off in another.
Motion-activated night lighting is installed in the hallway for your convenience.

There are public parking spots in front of the house and in the neighborhood. However, after 8 p.m., it can be tough to find a spot.

You may check in earlier and check out later than the confirmed time only by prior request and subject to availability.

Yes, we have the right to withhold the deposit if there's damage to the property or if the rules have been broken.
We're sad when this happens, and we only withhold the deposit to cover actual losses or damages to our reputation. All the details and conditions are in our agreement.
